Students get real world experience at Harrison Central High School
HARRISON COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- Thursday morning, Harrison Central High School was able to provide their inaugural ‘real world’ event to seniors.
This event teaches seniors about life beyond high school. The event is hands-on financial literacy simulation.
Each senior is assigned a career, salary, and family scenario. Students visit more than 20 stations including housing, transportation, banking, childcare, groceries, and insurance.
Making choices that reflect real-world financial challenges.
