Storm-damaged rental homes in Moss Point eligible for state-funded repair and reconstruction assistance
Moss Point city leaders are reminding residents the state’s affordable rental housing rehabilitation and reconstruction program is still open.
Eligible landlords can repair or rebuild vacant single family rental homes affected by tornadoes and straight-line winds from 2023 to 2024.
The project could reimburse up to 70 percent of project costs. Assistance can be available for as many as three rental units.
