Stone County Economic Development Partnership celebrates 25 years

STONE COUNTY, Miss. (WXXV)- The Stone County Economic Development Partnership is celebrating 25 years of investing in the community.

Hundreds of county residents gathered in Wiggins at the Venue at Pine Burr to celebrate the occasion with food, live music, and community.

Among those recognized at the event, Black Jack Ranch was awarded Business of the Year and Lindy Berryhill was named Citizen of the Year.

The EDP was founded in 2000 and since then, the organization has continued to focus on the community and looking to the future of the county.

The night was spent celebrating all the accomplishments the organization has marked over the last 25 years.
