State treasurer gives update on unclaimed money

State Treasurer David McRae released a new update Thursday on his continuing efforts to return unclaimed money to Mississippians.

So far this year, the State Treasury has returned more than $11 million in unclaimed money to people, an average of a million dollars returned per week.
