State Of The State Address

While President Donald Trump will be front and center on Friday for his inauguration, Governor Phil Bryant will be taking the stage later today for his state of the state address.

With the 2017 legislative session well under way, Governor Bryant is likely to hit on a number of key issues in the legislature.
Coming off the heels of Ed Build’s school funding formula recommendations yesterday, Bryant is likely to talk on the future of education in the magnolia state.
He is also likely to hit on current budget concerns with our state.
This morning, Governor Bryant did release a short video reminding you how you can tune into his address. “Hello, I wanted to remind you that this evening at 5:30 in the house chamber, I’ll be delivering my state of the state address.
