State Rep. Jeffrey Hulum III announces run for Congress
State Representative Jeffrey Hulum III from Gulfport is off and running. Hulum launched his campaign for Congress in the fourth congressional district.
He is one of three Democrats challenging incumbent Republican Mike Ezell.
The primary is March 10 and Hulum hopes to advance to the November general election.
