Staigle’s Steakhouse breaks ground in Wiggins

This fall, a new fine dining restaurant is coming to Stone County.

Staigle’s Steakhouse held a groundbreaking ceremony today in Wiggins. Visitors can expect special entrees, ranging from wagyu filet mignon and other high-end meats as well as fish cocktails, tableside shows, and more.

Once open, the restaurant will comfortably seat 50 patrons for inside dining. The City of Wiggins also is allowing Staigle’s to use their patio for outside dining.

Owner Steve Daigle is excited that Wiggins residents will no longer have to travel 40 miles for a personable experience. “Me and my wife are foodies. The community seems like they’re the same. So, we want to have sea or garden tables and we want every bite to tell a story, a different taste and in this story, they leave with a smile on their face.”

Staigle’s Steakhouse is scheduled to open in September.
