St. Stanislaus walks its way to 7-3 victory over Amory in 3A state finals

In its quest for the baseball program’s first state title since 2015, St. Stanislaus has yet to lose a playoff game, sweeping the first four series in the 3A bracket. At this point, why break tradition?

Rocks break it in open with a five-run fifth inning, including four straight bases loaded walks. Stanislaus wins 7-3 which means Hill Gainey Shove Day was a success.
