St. Stanislaus defeats St. Andrews in Class I State Title Game to clinch third consecutive title
St. Stanislaus also doing battle with St. Andrew’s in the Class I boys title game and this one was decided early.
Thirty-five seconds into the game, before the camera was even rolling, SSC’s Christian Bourgeois scored the only goal of the game and the defense took over from there.
Rock-a-Chaws winning their third consecutive state crown and their fourth in five years with the 1-0 victory.
They finish the year with an overall mark of 16-4-1.
As for the other Bay St. Louis school, Bay High Tigers coming up short in the 4A boys title game falling to Richland 2-0, their second to the Rangers this year.
