St. Patrick Lady Irish are the champions

The Lady Irish are the champions. St. Patrick won the MHSAA State Championship.

The Lady Irish defeated the Lake Lady Hornets 7-5 in game two of their best of three series after winning game one yesterday 3-2. The games were played at the Southern Miss softball complex in Hattiesburg. This is their first state title since 2014.
