St. Martin High School seniors walk across the stage

Even after that viral senior prank, St. Martin High School students walked across the stage to receive their diploma.

More than 230 seniors dressed in their cap and gown closed their high school chapter.

During the graduating ceremony at the Coast Coliseum, teachers carried candles wishing the students luck in their future endeavors.

The 2022 class valedictorians tell News 25 what they plan to do after high school. Graduate Connor Diamond said, “I’m heading off to the United States Air Force Academy. I have less than 40 days, I’ll be off on my way there.”

Graduate Darren Pham said, “I’m going to the University of South Alabama and I’m going to become a doctor.”

Graduate Alyssa Sanford said, “I’m going to go to J.C. for two years then Southern Miss and hopefully do nursing.”

The Yellowjackets showed their St. Martin pride for one last time before walking across the stage.
