Spring Arts Festival coming to Ocean Springs

Ocean Springs will be hosting their Springs Arts Festival this weekend!

The festival will consist of herbs, gardens, and all things art! One unique section of the festival will include a jewelry and art fair at the Mary C. O’Keefe Cultural Center.

Talented members of the Gem and Mineral Society have teamed up together to showcase several pieces of jewelry.

The display will include necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and even a gem mining activity for children. Art Show Chairman Barbie Beatty said, “It’s amazing. There’s so many fantastic, amazing people that are so artistic in town and they have a place to showcase. They can come out and make it too! They can buy it, they can wear it, enjoy it, but there’s also the opportunity for them to learn how to do all this.”

The jewelry will be on display inside Mary C. O’Keefe as well as outside on the lawn.
