Special Olympics Opening Ceremony postponed

BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV)- The weather on the Coast causing a few changes to plans this evening. The Special Olympics of Mississippi’s opening ceremony has been postponed.

Originally, the opening ceremonies were scheduled for Friday evening. The new time is Saturday at 8 a.m. Tomorrow’s events are expected to go on as scheduled as well.

Make sure to head out to Keesler Air Force Base and cheer on these athletes this weekend.
