Special Needs Halloween Ball in Biloxi

BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV)- A Special Needs Halloween Ball is being put on by the City of Biloxi.

That is happening Friday, October 24 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Donal Snyder Community Center on Pass Road.

Admission is free for all. There will be a costume contest! Awards will be given out to the top three winners in youth and adult groups.

Snacks and security will also be provided.
