Southern Miss running back Frank Gore Jr. named All-American
Southern Miss star running back Frank Gore Jr. was named a fourth-team All-American yesterday courtesy of Athlon Sports.
The rising junior is coming off a Lending Tree Bowl game performance for the ages rushing for an FBS bowl game performance for the ages, rushing for an FBS bowl game record 329 yards and two touchdowns in a 38-24 win over Rice.
For the season, Gore rushing for over 1,300 hundred yards with 13 total touchdowns en route to winning four post-season honors.
