South Mississippians stay healthy with Crossfit

On Thursday, WXXV News 25’s Everett Ganier Jr. made a trip out to Bay Wave Crossfit in Waveland to learn about their mission.

Those who attend the gym try to connect with the community through health, wellness, and fellowship alongside other Crossfit gyms located across south Mississippi.

There are many Crossfit gyms across the coast that hold many different classes.
