Sonic Drive-In sends three local teachers to Ron Clark Academy
BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV)-Sonic Drive-In sent three Biloxi teachers to Ron Clark Academy Training as part of a one-million-dollar nationwide donation.
Sonic selected 400 educators across the country to attend the experience in Atlanta.
Among them were three teachers from Popp’s Ferry Elementary School: Emma Wylie, Jillian Crump, and Leslie Schneider.
The two-day training focuses on high-impact teaching strategies designed to boost student achievement and strengthen classroom culture.
The Ron Clark Academy has trained more than 150,000 educators over the past 16 years, helping teachers nationwide create more engaging and effective classrooms.
