Sixth annual Oyster Cook-Off and Festival at Point Cadet Plaza

Tomorrow you’ll be able to enjoy oysters from multiple different restaurants and vendors across the Coast.

During the sixth annual Oyster Cook-Off and Festival, chefs will be facing off to see who has the best raw, cooked, and specialty oysters.

There will be plenty of activities other than feasting on the crustaceans. iHeart Radio Biloxi Operations Manager Walter Brown said, “We’re going to have a competition for oyster cooking, starting from raw to specialty, all sorts of recipes in between throughout the day. They’ll also have a corvette show. So, if that’s a car you want to see a lot of, they have classifications of that starting at 9 a.m. As I mention, Walton and Johnson from Rock 92.5 and iHeart Radio from 11 to 1 tomorrow.”

The festival takes place at the Point Cadet Plaza and gates open at 11 a.m.  Visit Clear Vision Entertainment’s website to buy tickets. There’s a $5 discount if you buy them today.
