Singing River Weight Loss Center Partners with Singing River Federal Credit Union to Expand Financial Access to Weight Loss Surgery
Miss. Gulf Coast – Singing River Weight Loss Center has partnered with Singing River Federal Credit Union (SRFCU) to offer patients flexible financing and saving options for weight loss surgeries at its accredited weight loss centers along the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
Through the SRFCU financing program, patients can apply for loans online to help cover the cost of bariatric surgeries, whether they choose insurance or self-pay options.
Key benefits to patients include:
- Affordable financing: Loan and saving options tailored to individual needs and budgets can cover all or part of surgery costs, including hospital fees, anesthesia, and other eligible medical expenses.
- Insurance coverage support: Singing River Weight Loss Center accepts most major insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, and more. Patients can submit their information online for free insurance verification to determine eligibility before scheduling a consultation.
- Cash-pay options: For patients without insurance coverage, affordable self-pay packages are available, with full prepayment required prior to surgery. Pre-operative testing and psychological evaluations are not included in cash-pay package pricing.
- Comprehensive care: Patients receive nutritional counseling, pre-surgery consultations, follow-up care, and free monthly support groups to guide them throughout their journey.
Eligible procedures include:
- Gastric sleeve surgery
- Gastric bypass surgery
- Low-BMI sleeve surgery (BMI 30–34.9)
- Revision surgeries, including band removal and conversion procedures
