Singing River hosts blood drive in honor of employee
Singing River Health System is hosting blood drive this week across all three hospital locations in honor of Teresa Powell, a dedicated employee of Singing River Gulfport’s café and a stroke survivor whose resilience continues to inspire others.
Tuesday’s blood drive in Pascagoula was the first of three blood drives honoring Teresa Powell. There will be a blood drive in Ocean Springs taking place December 12th and in Gulfport on December 13th. Both are set from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Donors are encouraged to eat a meal beforehand and bring a valid driver’s license or ID to donate.
