Singing River Health System Hosts Blood Drives in Memory of McFaul Twins

MS Gulf Coast – In April, Singing River Health System will host blood drives at each hospital location to honor the memory of twin brothers Jacob and Davis McFaul, who were tragically lost to a rare condition in 2022.
Born to parents Lindsey and Shawn and joined by brothers Sawyer and Samuel, Jacob and Davis brought immense joy to their family. However, just five days after birth, both baby boys went into acute liver failure due to GALD/Neonatal Hemochromatosis. Davis lived for 6 days, while Jacob fought for 25 days before he passed away.
As we approach what would have been Jacob and Davis’s second birthday, Singing River is inviting the community to give the precious gift of blood to help others in need. Lindsey, Shawn, Sawyer, and Sam remain in our thoughts during this solemn remembrance of their beloved sons and brothers.
