Singing River Health System Colorectal Program earns national accreditation

Singing River Health System’s Colorectal Program has earned national accreditation from American College of Surgeons National Accreditation program for rectal cancer.

Dr. Ramon Brown leads the program at SRHS.

Singing River is the only health system in Mississippi to receive this distinction and Dr. Brown is the only colorectal surgeon in the state accredited under NAPRC standards.

With this achievement, Singing River Health System also becomes an ACS Surgical Quality Partner, a designation that signifies ongoing dedication to surgical excellence and continuous quality improvement.
