Singing River Health System celebrates surgery milestone at Ocean Springs Hospital
OCEAN SPRINGS, Miss. (WXXV)-Singing River Health System marked a milestone at its Ocean Springs hospital.
The health system says that 5,000 Da Vinci Robotic surgeries have been completed at the Ocean Springs campus.
Complex procedures such as hernia repairs and lung surgery can be performed with this technology.
It allows for minimally invasive procedures which improves a patient’s recovery time.
