Singing River Electric sending linemen to Meridian to help in storm aftermath

Singing River Electric is sending linemen to aid in storm restoration.

Singing River has 17 linemen en route to Meridian to assist with power restoration after that severe weather hit the area.

Meridian’s service area sustained significant damage from the storm. Electrical companies in the area reported about 4,252 outages at 11 this morning.
