Singers from Amory, MS advance to top five on American Idol
It’s coming down to the wire and a pair of contestants from Mississippi are in the thick of things in American Idol.
Two singers from Amory, Mississippi, Colin Stough and Zachariah Smith, made it into the top five last night with their performances of Alanis Morrisette songs.
Stough offered a country version of ‘Hand in my Pocket,’ while Smith belted out ‘Ironic.’
Next week is Disney Week where the top five will be whittled down to the final three.
Mississippi’s Holly Brand will compete for Team Kelly in the playoffs tonight on The Voice on WXXV NBC.
