Shuckers owner suing team and team president

Tim Bennett is suing the owner of the Biloxi Shuckers, Biloxi Baseball LLC, and managing member Ken Young over access to the stadium and money owed.
Bennett, who is also an owner of the team and owner of Overtime Sports, joined Biloxi Baseball in signing leases for use of the stadium. Bennett’s lawsuit claims Biloxi Baseball has shut him out of the business and is threatening to cancel its contract with Bennett.
In a statement today, team president Ken Young tells News 25: “The Shuckers are a first class operation run by wonderful employees. Unfortunately, Tim Bennett has put his own interests ahead of the Biloxi Shuckers and the City of Biloxi.”
