Shuckers host the Mississippi Braves for the final game of the homestand

MGM Park was filled with red, white, and of course Shucker blue for their independence game celebration against the Mississippi Braves.

Shucker’s Ethan Murray sends a two-run moonshot over left-center field for an early 2-0 lead, but those are the only two runs the Shuckers will get across the plate.

The Mississippi Braves win game six of the series with a final score of 6-4.

Hats off to Shucker’s starting pitcher TJ Shook who punched 11 total strikeouts in tonight’s game.
