Shuckers Helping Out

This could be your final week to catch the Shuckers at home as the 2016 season winds down.
There’s another reason you should make it out to MGM Park this week. The Shuckers crew is teaming up with the Biloxi Fire Department to take in donations for flood victims in Louisiana.
Shuckers Director of Sales Chris Birch tells News 25 if you come to a game this week, bring with you bottled water, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, rubber gloves, baby diapers and wipes and non-perishable food that does not require a can opener. “We’re just chipping in where we can and what we have is a venue. We have fans and they may not have contributed yet in any fashion. We’re just opening up our doors and with the supplies collected, we’re just going to hand them over to the Biloxi Fire Department and they’re going to bring them over to Louisiana.”
The Biloxi Fire Department will deliver the supplies to Louisiana flood victims on Monday.
