Showing Appreciation To Poll Workers

Poll workers have one of the biggest jobs in the nation, and those in south Mississippi are putting in intense preparation as the election draws near.

Harrison County election workers spend part of the day in Gulfport participating in poll training, going over the rules that help make election day run efficiently, and the technology involved in running elections.

One election commissioner spoke to us today to talk about why this type of training is important for the people who help make these elections run.
