Showing appreciation on National Law Enforcement Day

Today is nationally known as Law Enforcement Appreciation Day!

Law Enforcement Appreciation Day is a great opportunity to recognize and thank the men and women who dedicate themselves to keeping our communities safe.

They often face challenging situations and work tirelessly to ensure our safety.

As a thank you, businesses along the Coast have been giving food to officers today. Archie’s Hot Dog Island GM Katie Alexander said, “We appreciate the work that they do for the community. We know they stick their necks out for all of us and they don’t even know us and so we just want to give them a free meal today. A hot dog, chips, and a drink just to show our appreciation.”
