Shop Small Saturday to follow Black Friday

Not only is it Black Friday, but it’s also Shop Small Saturday this weekend.

News 25’s Brooke Parker headed to Dad’s Super Pawn to see what kind of deals he’s got going on.

it’s no secret that some people run to large retailers on Black Friday, but local businesses have deals too.

Dad’s Super Pawn has 20% off almost everything in the store all weekend, from ammo to jewelry to designer purses.

Locals didn’t disappoint, as owner Kevin Riley says that people lined up outside his door this morning.

But the deals don’t end today. Many local businesses will be taking part in shop small Saturday.

Kevin Riley, owner of Dad’s Super Pawn, said, “Please support those small businesses out there. We do some great stuff for our communities. Please come help us out. We need all the help we can get, and we’re blowing and going today on a great black Friday weekend. Our sales are going on all weekend long. Come check us out.”

So, avoid those black Friday crowds by shopping small this Saturday.
