Shooting investigation underway in Ocean Springs

OCEAN SPRINGS, Miss. (WXXV)- An early morning shooting in Ocean Springs is under investigation.

Police say the shooting occurred at the intersection of Government Street and Washington Avenue just before 3 a.m. Sunday morning.

No one was injured, but a vehicle was hit by gunfire.

It is believed that the shooting stemmed from a physical altercation at the Salty Peach Bar.

At this time, no one has been arrested in connection with the incident.

Police are working to identify those involved.
