Shooting in Biloxi leaves 16-year-old in critical condition

Walking through the area surrounding Rachel Drive and Terrace Court, you can still see some remnants from this weekend’s shooting.

A house party ended with gunfire, leaving a teenage girl in critical condition.

The shooting happened around 11 p.m. After an argument broke out during a party and as people were leaving and police say at least two guns were fired.

Once on scene, officers found a 16-year-old girl suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. She was transferred to two different hospitals and listed in critical condition.

Several homes and vehicles were shot by bullets and the victim was inside one of the cars that was struck.

Neighbors found shoes in their lawns which they believe are from the partygoers running out of them to take shelter from the bullets.
