Shooting in Bay St. Louis leaves one man dead

WXXV News 25’s Jordyn Lassiter has been at the Bay St. Louis Police Station awaiting further details and updates on this investigation. The shooting occurred on Saturday, December 14, on the 900 block of Bookter Street.

Officers responded to reports of a shooting and found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite life-saving efforts at a local hospital, the victim succumbed to his injuries. The protection order filed by the victim’s ex-girlfriend was related to domestic violence.
