Several accidents on Interstate 10 in Harrison County

Shortly before 9 a.m., a single car rollover accident led to the driver being rescued by multiple units on Interstate 10 during today’s heavy rains.

The passenger and driver of the vehicle were taken by AMR to an area hospital with what Harrison County Fire Chief Pat Sullivan believes are non-life threatening injuries.

This accident is one of several on I-10 during these heavy rains. It is crucial to be careful while on the roads in these wet conditions.
