Seven people sent to hospital after accident in Saucier

Seven people were sent to the hospital today following an accident in Harrison County.

According to Fire Marshal Pat Sullivan, the accident happened before noon on Saucier-Lizana Road. One person was flown to a trauma center by Rescue Five.

Sullivan says two people were not wearing their seatbelts. Saucier-Lizana Road was shut down for about 30 minutes due to the accident.
