Serial Killer on the Run

The search is on for William Boyette, a man believed to be responsible for the murders of three women between Milton, Florida and Lillian, Alabama. One of those women was from Biloxi.
Boyette was last seen traveling west in the company of a white female named Mary Rice. Both are suspected to have altered their appearance.
