Senator Roger Wicker speaks at the Great Southern Club in Gulfport

U.S. Senator Roger Wicker took time during his visit to the Coast this week to show his support for Republicans running for office this fall.

The senator spoke to the Harrison County Republican Club during a lunch meeting at the Great Southern Club in Gulfport.

He emphasized the need for more job creation and how the economy is now compared to when former President Donald Trump was in office.

The visit with his fellow Republicans was one of several stops Wicker has made while on the Coast this week which also included meeting with large and small businesses as well as stumping for Republican nominee Mike Ezell in November for the Fourth Congressional District Seat. “We as Republicans need to join hands, no matter who we supported in the primary and get our nominee in Congress. We appreciate people coming out, it’s a chance to see a lot of people we’ve known for a long time and thank them for their support and tell them how important it is to support Mike Ezell.”

Election Day is Tuesday, November 8th.
