Secretary of State Michael Watson discusses Mississippi mail-in voting

This week, The Supreme Court ruled that Mississippi’s law that allows absentee mail-in ballots post marked by Election Day but arrive five days after is constitutional.

The decision was 5 to 4 and it’s created a bit of an uproar in the state.
