Search for Coastal Man
Mississippi Gulf Coast native Mark Bakotic II has been missing since December 30th, when he left friends at a New Orleans nightclub after ingesting a drug called 2CE.
New Orleans police have traced Bakotic’s credit cards back to two New Orleans women who used them the next day.
According to the Sun Herald, there now seems to be a break in the case. The two women who used Bakotic’s cards hours after he went missing have been named.
Police are seeking to question 31-year-old Brittany Pinera and 34-year-old Karima Peters.
Mark Bakotic II is described as 6’4″, 185 pounds with short brown hair. He was last seen wearing a blue, long-sleeve button-down shirt and blue jeans.
Police asked anyone with information on the whereabouts of Bakotic or the women to call (504) 658-6050 Fifth District Detective Johnny Magee.
