Seabee Mud Run 2014 Set to be a Muddy Mess

The 2014 Seabee Mud Run is sure to be a muddy mess Oct. 4th at the Naval Construction Battalion Center. The Pass Road gate opens at 6:30 a.m., and the first runners leave the starting line at 8 a.m. Runners will experience obstacles, street and cross country running and of course, mud.

Individuals or three person teams (ages 13 and older) can experience this outstanding five mile course, which is sure to please anyone up for a fun challenge.

Runners can register at http://tinyurl.com/cbmudrun2014 or go to Active.com and search Seabee Mud Run in Gulfport. Early registration ends Oct. 3rd at 4 p.m. or sign up the day of the event for an increased fee.

This year’s event also includes a FAMILY MUD RUN. Children 6 to 12 years old can join a parent or guardian on a 1.75 mile course designed for families. The FAMILY MUD RUN is $25 for one adult and one child; each additional child is $10. Sign-up the day of the race only.
