School schedule updates for Wednesday, January 17th
Due to the cold weather, schools across the Coast are announcing schedule updates.
Hancock County School District is starting one hour later than normal on Wednesday, January 17th. Elementary will start at 8:30, middle school will start at 9:15, and high school will start at 9:10 a.m.
Moss Point School District will resume school at regular scheduled hours tomorrow, Wednesday, January 17th. All after school and athletic activities will go as scheduled and the Boys and Girls Club will be opened.
MGCCC will return to normal operations Wednesday, January 17, 2024.
Pass Christian School District will open using their normal schedule on Wednesday, January 17th.
Our Lady Academy will have normal check-in time and be on a regular schedule tomorrow, Wednesday, January 17, 2024.
All Long Beach School District schools and offices will be open and resume regular schedules on Wednesday, January 17th.
Due to extremely cold wind chill temperatures expected to reach single digits during the morning hours, the George County School District has decided to close school on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, for students and school staff. There will be no school on Wednesday, January 17.
All Harrison County School District schools will be back in session on Wednesday, January 17. Our campuses will open at normal times.
William Carey University will open at 10 a.m. tomorrow, Wednesday, Jan. 17. This includes the university’s locations in Hattiesburg, Biloxi/Tradition, and Baton Rouge, La.
Gulfport Schools will be back on normal schedule tomorrow, Wednesday, January 17th.
Diocese of Biloxi schools will resume their regular schedules Wednesday, January 17th.
Pascagoula-Gautier School District will resume classes Wednesday, January 17th.
Jackson County School District will return to school Wednesday, January 17th with normal start times.
Bay Waveland School District will return to school Wednesday, January 17th with normal start times.
Ocean Springs School District will return to its normal school schedule on Wednesday, January 17th, 2024.
