Saucier woman charged with one felony count of arson
Sheriff Troy Peterson announced the arrest of 33-year-old Brittany Ann Pedzinski of Saucier on a felony charge of arson.
According to Sheriff Peterson, on April 14th, the Harrison County Fire Department and Sheriff’s Office responded to a structure fire on Wallace Way. Based upon a joint investigation, evidence located on scene and subsequent interviews, the fire was determined to have been intentionally set.
After follow up interviews, Pedzinski was arrested and charged with one felony count of arson and one misdemeanor count of filing a false police report.
Pedzinski was booked into the Harrison County Adult Detention Facility and charged with first degree arson and a filing a false police report.
Pedzinski is being held in lieu of a $50,500 bond.
