Saucier man jailed after allegedly stabbing mom’s boyfriend
A Saucier man is in jail after allegedly stabbing a victim during a fight.
Sheriff Matt Haley said 23-year-old Damien Triplett is charged with domestic violence, aggravated assault. He was taken to Harrison County jail and bond was set at $100,000.
Haley said deputies responded to a possible stabbing and found a male victim with several stabs to the torso. The victim said his girlfriend’s son, identified as Triplett, stabbed him after they got into an argument.
Triplett then left the home, but was arrested without incident when he returned.
The victim was taken to a local hospital, where he is stable.
