The Salvation Army MS Gulf Coast Announces Angel Tree Registration for 2025
MS Gulf Coast — The Salvation Army of the Mississippi Gulf Coast is now accepting applications for the
2025 Angel Tree program, which provides Christmas assistance to families in need across Harrison, Pearl River, Hancock, Stone, Jackson, and George Counties.
The Angel Tree program helps ensure that children ages 12 and under, of families that meet verified
eligibility requirements, receive gifts of clothing and toys during the holiday season.
“Every child deserves to experience the joy of Christmas morning,” said Major Paul Egan, Area
Commander of The Salvation Army Mississippi Gulf Coast. “Through the generosity of our community
and the Angel Tree program, we bring love and joy to families who are struggling this holiday season.”
Requirements to Apply
Applicants must bring:
• Valid state-issued photo ID (Head of household)
• Certified birth certificate for each child 12 & under (no copies or hospital certificates accepted)
• Proof of income/unemployment
• Proof of custody if guardian or grandparent is applying
• Proof of financial hardship (e.g., unexpected expenses, disability, job loss, etc.)
• Gift wish list (no electronics or high-priced items)
• Clothing and shoe sizes for each child
Do NOT bring children to registration.
