Saints Report: Saints drop to 0-2 against the San Francisco 49ers
NEW ORLEANS, LA. (WXXV)- The New Orleans Saints would once again find themselves losing another close game this time in a 26-21 loss.
The Saints hosted the San Francisco 49ers at home in the Superdome in week two trying to get in the win column after a loss last week against the Arizona Cardinals. This game featured a banged up 49ers football team who was missing their starting quarterback Brock Purdy and star tight end George Kittle.
Post Game, Moore talked about doing more of what winning football teams do which consisted of playing better, taking advantage of opportunities when they are presented, and giving themselves a better chance to win the football game.
Despite starting the season 0-2, players like Spencer Rattler and Demario Davis are remaining positive on the outlook of the rest of the season taking it one game at a time.
The New Orleans Saints will look to change the narrative next Sunday as they hit the road and take on the Seattle Seahawks on September 21 at 3:05 p.m. on CBS.
