Saenger Theater to Host Gulf Coast Symphony Saturday

The Saenger Theater in Biloxi has been an icon on the Coast since the late 1920s.

It may need some minor repairs, but it’s still one of the best venues in town, especially for Saturday’s symphony. The Gulf Coast Symphony Orchestra is tuning up their instruments in preparation.

M.C. Morgan, President of the Board of Directors for the Gulf Coast Symphony Orchestra, says, "A live show is so much better than watching it any other way. You will see a wonderful orchestra. The quality of our orchestra is as good as any in this country. We have 11 PhDs in music that serve in our orchestra. We have 19 Master’s degrees in music who play in our orchestra."

Tickets are still available for $25 at the door or $12 for students and military members.
