Rollover accident in Woolmarket causes I-10 eastbound lanes to shut down

This afternoon, the eastbound lanes of I-10 near Woolmarket were shut down due to an accident.

Around 3 p.m., Mississippi Highway Patrol, Biloxi Police, and fire units responded to a rollover accident involving a semi-truck and two other vehicles, just past Exit 44 in Biloxi.

Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality was also on scene to determine the safest way to move the oxygen tank that had flipped during the incident, which Biloxi Police Captain Brian Dykes says never was a danger to the public.

Three were taken to the hospital. We’ll have more tonight at 9 on Fox and 10 on NBC.
