Rodney McGilvary wins Biloxi Ward 4 Special Election

The final votes in Biloxi’s Ward 4 Special Election vacant city seat have officially been certified. Rodney McGilvary has been named the new Ward 4 City Council member.

Rodney McGilvary had 452 votes and Jamie Creel had 443 votes. Three absentee ballots came in and all three were rejected, leaving the voting tally the same as the first runoff election results.
