Rock out and Help out

We’re less than twenty days away from the Gulfport Music Festival and it’s time to rock out for Rockport, Texas.
Alpha Media reached out to the first responders who participated in the city’s initial relief trip about partnering to bring on-going assistance to victims of Hurricane Harvey in the best way possible. So now both groups are asking you to rock out and help out at the Gulfport Music Festival on October 6th and 7th. Sgt. Josh Bromen with Gulfport PD said, “Two dollars of every ticket, starting Monday throughout the concert in 17 days, will go to the relief efforts in Rockport which is a big help for us. Something as simple as hey we need to go get some drywall for this individual or we need to get some nails for the roof or we need to go get these items, being able to have that fluid cash on hand where we can go and assist these people with certain needs rather than those mass donations. It really comes in handy.”
